 The Teal Sound Percussion Ensemble has enjoyed a rich tradition in performance excellence and has been a top contender for the DCI Open Class (formerly Div II) percussion trophy since the corps’ first season, back in 1998.
We are very excited to have you as a potential member and as you look through the various warm-ups, cadences and other performance materials, bear in mind that our educational staff is committed to the development of every student in our program.
Your time with us, if offered membership, will be similar to having an 8 month long drum or melodic percussion lesson. Combine that with team based, character building activities in competitive and non-competitive performance venues, and you will walk away from the entire experience as a more competent musician, exciting performer and most important of all, a better person.
