All members that will be flying in for camp weekends need to make reservations into and out of Jacksonville International Airport(JIA). Please do not arrive prior to 5:00 pm on Fridays and do not book your reservations to depart until after 5:00 pm on Sunday. We suggest that all who are flying make every attempt to come in as late as possible on Friday evening as the pick ups from the airports will be limited to one or two trips by the van.
Please notify jill@tealsound.org no later than 1 week prior to the camp of your flight information. Make sure you send the airline you will be flying on, the flight number, the arrival and departure times and a way we can get in touch with you in case of delays or to call you at the arrival gate. WE want to make your travel as smooth as possible and we need your help with the above mentioned items in order to do just that. |
